Denomination of Origin: DO Vinos de Madrid

Variety: 50% Garnacha, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon

Harvest: grapes collected by hand in boxes of 15 kg.

Elaboration: Maceration in contact with the skins at  5-7 ° C for 24-48 hours prior to fermentation. Fermentation temperature between 14 and 16 ° C.

Recommended drinking temperature: between 8 ° and 10 ° C

Alcoholic degree: 14% vol.






Color: onion skin color, medium intensity and clean and bright appearance

Nose: fresh and subtle, with floral and strawberry aromas. Slow and constant evolution increases its expressiveness in the glass.

Mouth: Fresh, pleasant entry, with good acidity and red fruit. Good persistence and intense finish.
