Variety: 65% Tempranillo, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Syrah, 2% Merlot
Harvest: grapes collected by hand in boxes of 15 kg.
Elaboration: selection table in the winery itself. Stainless steel tanks. Fermentation with controlled temperature 22-23ºC, duration 10 days.
Aging: 6 months in 500L French oak barrels.
Bottling: unfiltered
Recommended drinking temperature: between 16 ° and 18 ° C
Alcoholic degree: 14% vol.
TASTING NOTES
Color: cherry red, clean, bright, medium-high layer
Nose: fresh, red, balsamic fruit with notes of anise.
Mouth: good attack, long, wide and voluminous. Persistent and with slight hints of vanilla.
