Denomination of Origin: Wines of Madrid

Varieties: 50% Tempranillo, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah, 5% Merlot

Harvest: 28Ha of organic vineyard, grapes collected by hand in 12 kg boxes.

Elaboration: double selection table in the winery itself. Stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.

Aging: between 15 and 18 months in 225L French oak barrels bottled: unfiltered

Recommended consumption temperature: between 16 ° and 18 ° C

Alcoholic degree: 15% vol.

 

 

TASTING NOTES

 

Color : Very intense cherry red. High layer.

Nose : Intense, fresh, balsamic with a predominance of ripe fruit and certain notes of forest, slightly spicy.

Mouth: good attack, long, wide and voluminous. Very persistent and with slight hints of vanilla.
